I’m Piotr Bajtlik, a native Polish male voice actor based in Warsaw. I record voice-over for TV, radio and online commercials, explainers and brand films, working directly with producers, agencies and brands in Poland and abroad.
The script sets the direction: a quiet, conversational read, a confident brand voice, or the energy of a retail campaign. My job is to find the intention behind the words and make the performance fit the picture, music and audience.

For explainers and product films, I focus on clarity and pacing: helping the viewer follow the idea, while keeping the delivery natural. I can record to your edit or leave room for the picture and animation.
From brief to recording.
Find the right tone.
Send the script and a few words about the audience, campaign and direction. A reference is useful, but a conversation can also give us the starting point.
Direct the performance.
I record in my own Warsaw studio. A live-directed remote session can be arranged with your production team, so we can work through timing, emphasis and alternative takes together.
Ready for your edit.
I supply clean WAV or MP3 files to your specification. Standard projects are usually delivered within 24–48 hours. Recordings to picture and live sessions are scheduled individually.
An actor’s approach to the microphone.
I graduated from the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw in 2005. My work spans theatre, film, television, dubbing and commercial voice-over. Commercial credits include SEAT, IKEA, Samsung, Coca-Cola, Duracell and McDonald’s.
I record with a Neumann TLM 103 and Universal Audio 6176. The recording is delivered as voice-only audio for your production team to edit and mix.
